Fitworks
Kurt Rosenquist, founder of Fitworks Cycling, brings decades of bike-fitting expertise, blending biomechanics, functional movement, and rider feedback. He began cycling in the early '80s and entered the bike industry in 1986, working as a mechanic, buyer, sales manager, NYC bike messenger, and cycling shop owner. Certified by Ben Serotta in the early '90s, Kurt has conducted around 7,000 bike fits. His personalized philosophy optimizes rider comfort and performance, utilizing his deep knowledge of bike anatomy for precise adjustments, ensuring efficiency, injury prevention, and comfort.

 

Kurt's most gratifying aspect to his work is solving clients' knee / back / neck / etc. problems so that they can get back to riding with optimal performance and full enthusiasm. Kurt loves to hear his clients say...
