At Fair Wheel Bikes we offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to refund or exchange items damaged in transit that are faulty, not what you ordered, or not what you expected. When placing orders, we ask that you carefully check sizes and specifications to ensure that you receive the correct product. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our helpful support staff.


We offer fast and reliable shipping through both USPS and FedEx. FedEx 2nd Day and Next Day options are provided for expedited shipping. Typically, orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM MST ship on that same day. Orders placed after this time will ship on the next business day.

Free Shipping?

All domestic orders with a sale total of $100.00 or more are eligible for free shipping. For these orders that qualify for free shipping we reserve the right to choose the shipment method.

Warranty & Faults - What is Covered?

Warranty covers faults that develop on the product within the product manufacturer's particular specified warranty period. Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but not damage caused by wear and tear, crashing or abuse.

My Product has a Fault.. What do I do?

If a fault develops you must stop using the product immediately and return it to us. We will then return the part(s) to the supplier and they will determine if a warranty issue exists. Warranty only covers faults that develop during normal usage of the product. Manufacturers often differ on how they define 'normal usage'. As an example, most manufacturers do not consider racing as 'normal usage'. To define what a particular bicycle manufacturer defines as 'normal usage', please refer to your owners manual or the manufacturer's website.

Returning Goods

Please call or email us BEFORE returning goods. Returning a product to us implies that you have read the terms on this page and our returns policy. To return goods you must complete a returns form. If there is a problem with your goods you have 30 days from receipt to return the faulty part(s) to us. We are not required to pay return postage. However, if the part is deemed by the manufacturer to be faulty, we will refund the postage and send a replacement. It is your responsibility to make sure we receive the goods in the condition it left you in. We suggest taking a digital photo of the faulty part before you send it to us in case the courier damages the part in transit.

Returns Requirements

  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be in original packaging
  • Goods must be complete - even if broken.
  • Goods must not be fitted or used.
  • Goods must be clean.
  • We are happy to refund postage on unused faulty or wrong goods.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for damaged caused when packing goods - (please take care)

To ensure customer satisfaction, we will do our utmost to give you a product of comparable quality and price when exchanging goods that are incorrectly ordered.
