After two years of extensive testing and design, RaceFace’s Turbine chainrings are ready to ride. Built from long lasting 7075 aluminum these chainrings can easilly stand up to the abuse of XC. The asymmetrical tooth profile and added shifting zones make shifting both quiet and responsive. RaceFace claims these rings are three times stiffer than their “Team” chainrings, but at no weight penalty. This seemingly impossible or at least hard to accomplish task mainly comes from the high grade alloy and advanced machining techniques. Overall this is light weight chainring that performs great in a variety of conditions.
The Turbine chainrings are specifically designed to work with RaceFace cranks but will work with anything with a 104/64 BCD. The double chainrings come with spacers designed for the Turbine cranks and Next SL Spider. The spacer not only spaces out the chainring properly it aesthetically matches the contours and every line on the cranks, making the integration almost seamless.
Both triple and double chainrings come with outer chainring bolts for the 104BCD diameter. If you need inner bolts, for the 64 BCD diameter, you'll need to purchase those separately.
