HSC BBRight Ceramic Adapter Bottom Bracket

HSC's ceramic hybrids use grade 3 silicon nitride (Si3N4) balls matched with hardened steel races and low-friction seals and retainers. The grade of the ball bearings refers to their sphericity the lower the number, the closer the ball is to being perfectly spherical, in thousandths of an inch. As a reference, the highest quality stainless steel ball used in bicycle applications is rated at grade 25.

Manufactured to work with the Cervelo-designed BBRight system on all Cervelo frames, except the R5Ca, and some 3T frames; the cups are CNC machined out of aluminum to ensure proper tolerances for an accurate press fit.

ORDERING

These adapters are designed to fit BBRight Press Fit frames with 79 mm wide bottom bracket shells. The option you require will depend on the crankset being used:

Shimano HTII - Adapts to fit 24 mm spindle cranks

SRAM GXP - Adapts to fit stepped 24 / 22 mm spindle cranks.

SRAM DUB - Adapts to fit SRAM's proprietary DUB design, 29 mm, spindle crank.

BB386 EVO - Designed to fit 30 mm spindle cranksets, sometimes referred to as "long spindle" BB30 cranksets.

INSTALLATION / ASSEMBLY

To avoid frame damage, we recommend that these BBRight bottom bracket adapters be professionally installed using a proper bearing press.
