The ENVE Pressure Relief Valve Stem Nut is designed to protect tubeless rims from damage due to improper tubeless tape installation. If the tubeless seal is compromised, air can pressurize the rim cavity, leading to sidewall delamination. The nut's fluted reliefs allow air to escape, indicating a faulty seal.
