Continental's Rim Cement is specifically formulated to adhere tubular tires to carbon fiber rims, filling a void which other glues cannot. This adhesive is available in two volume options; a convenient 25 gram tube which provides enough cement to mount a single tire, and a bulk 200 gram can.
