Cane Creek eeWings Titanium Mountain Crankset

The eeWings titanium crankset redefines lightweight mountain bike cranks with its fully-titanium construction, featuring 3/2.5 butted arms and a CNC-machined 6/4 spindle joined with a splined Hirth interface for strength and durability. Weighing just 400g, eeWings are lighter than most carbon cranks and offer a 20-40% stiffness increase. The 30mm spindle ensures broad compatibility, while the Hirth joint and titanium fixing bolt provide a robust connection. Available in 160-175mm lengths, the 3-bolt direct mount accommodates 1x chainrings. Cane Creek backs eeWings with a 10-year warranty.

The two-piece construction of these cranks has the spindle and non-drive crank arm as one part, and the drive side crank arm as the second part. The two are joined with a machined splined interface, secured with an oversize titanium bolt. A well-executed machined aluminum preload ring allows for easy installation and adjustment (As a bonus, this preload ring is available separately and is compatible with SRAM, Easton, and RaceFace cranksets as a replacement for the cheap plastic stock adjusters).

Compatibility

Compatible chainrings include those that use the SRAM-Truvativ 3-bolt direct mount. For proper chainline, 12x142 frames will require a 3mm offset chainring, while Boost 12x148 frames will require a zero offset (flat) chainring.
