Parlee Releases the Ouray: an all-road bike for those looking to explore roads less traveled.

Meet the Ouray. This is the bike that promises to be not just a ride, but an experience. 

The Ouray is a single piece monocoque design. This makes an overall lighter frame, with an improved ride quality. True to the precision craftsmanship that has become synonymous with Parlee, all frames are meticulously hand crafted in small batches. This process allows the builders to make sure every layer is perfectly aligned, and in doing so, Parlee is able to offer this frame in its first ever 'nude finish'.

The nude frame has a durable 303 Aerospace wax coating. Often times painting a frame can add up to 100 grams of extra weight. So with the nude, wax coated frame, you can admire the craftsmanship, as well as enjoy a substantially lighter weight frame.

If you like to liven things up with a little pop of color then you are in luck, Parlee also offers custom paint for anyone interested. 

It has clearance for 700x38c tires, so you can not only tackle roads less traveled, but also ride poorly maintained roads with ease. 

The Ouray also boasts features like a UDH (universal derailleur hanger), and a threaded T47 internal bottom bracket. 

Modern touches such as a fully integrated cockpit, with full internal routing and electronic only shifting, as well as 12mm thru axles and a round 31.6mm seatpost. You can even run a rotor as large as 180mm up front, 160mm in the rear.  

It is available in a number of Shimano and Sram configurations, as well as FSA or PRO cockpit choices. It is also available as a frameset if you are interested in doing a ground up custom build.
