Tune/BTP Carbon Shifter Clamp Bands

Tune's carbon fiber shifter clamp bands, manufactured in Germany by Bicycle Tuning Parts, are the ultimate weight tuning part. Invisible under the shifters and handlebar tape, they offer only the satisfaction of weight savings; an impressive 22 grams over a pair of standard steel clamps.

Care must be exercised during installation - we recommend slipping the clamps on the handlebars before attaching shifters to the clamps. Also, the use of carbon assembly compound is recommended between the clamp band and the handlebar to prevent slippage. The mounting nut should be torqued to 3.5 - 4.5 Nm.
