Stan's NoTubes Rim Tape

Stan's yellow tape is designed to be used as a high strength, lightweight, and airtight rim strip. When used in conjunction with a Stan's Valve Stem, this tape completely seals the tire bed of any Stan's ZTR rim, allowing for the use of a tubeless tire. Stan's Tape is also an excellent option for standard tire and tube setups.

Each 10 yard roll will tape up to five 26" rims, four 29" rims, or two 700c road rims. Due to the higher tire pressures required for road tires, two layers of tape must be used.

12 mm tape is designed only as a non-tubeless rim strip for any standard clincher rim.

Installation
To aid adhesion, it is recommended that the rim's tire bed be scuffed with a scotch brite pad and cleaned with a residue-free solvent prior to application. When taping the rim, pull hard on the tape with a slight side-to-side motion to allow it to stretch and conform to the rim's cavity.
