Detail The Parlee Z5 represents the next generation of the company's stock carbon fiber frames. As with the previous generation Z4, the Z5 pushes the limits of what a high quality, production frameset can be. The Z5 excels in stiffness and overall performance, and with a weight range of 775 to 875 grams, it is one of the lightest frames available today. To save weight over the Z4 frame series, Parlee went back to the drawing board to implement some major design changes. Using the Z4's basic design and the latest molding techniques perfected in the production of their TT frame, Parlee created a new carbon layup structure which focused on elimination of excess material and performance improvement. Other new features include one-piece carbon dropouts, BB30 bottom bracket, and a tapered 1.125"-1.25" headset system. The result is a frame that is truly worthy of the Parlee name, possessing the comfort, crisp acceleration, and lively road feel that has made this brand famous.
Your Z5 frame purchase includes Parlee's custom-designed carbon seat collar and front derailleur clamp, full carbon fork, and integrated headset.
