Designed specifically for road bikes, Gore's Professional cable system sets the new standard for shifting performance in a diverse set of conditions. At the heart of this kit is Gore's patented, super slick coated cables which are paired with lubricated housing for superior low-friction performance. The Professional System design incorporates cable liners, sealed ferrules, and Gore-trademarked GRUB seals to enclose all exposed cables and ensure that contamination stays out of the system. While the immediate benefits of this system are readily apparent in smoother, easier shifting action, there are long term perks as well. Because shifts take less effort, your shifters' delicate internals will experience less wear. Your shifting performance will be less affected by inclement weather, and there will be less shifting accuracy degradation over time. If you ride consistently in inclement conditions this cable system is highly recommended.

Gore's Professional Derailleur System is compatible with Campagnolo, Sram, and Shimano shift systems. The included cables are double ended, with a Shimano/Sram head on one end and a Campagnolo head on the other.
