The one on the bike has washers for packing (prototype) and just kisses the weld, the new revised one has the extra packing machined in with extra clearance for the weld.
The disc is a 185 dia as the triangle is too small for anything of less diameter.
They are machined from billet aluminium and can be annodised if needed, please PM me for more details.
I have the revised one currently on my bike which is a 19" frame, i'll post more pictures soon!
