Plasma TT - finally wired!

Here is my Plasma TT, position not quite dialed in, TT cranks not in (Rotor TTs coming....Vuma Chronos cannot fit a BB86), hardest work was the wiring!

Excellent! The Scott Plasma 10 is on the short list to replace my tt bike after this season.For my next trick I will set myself on fire!

Anything else other than 7800 rear brake would fit?

One of my local bike shop staff was riding one of those in the National 10 time trial last weekend. They look even better close up! Just not sure about the mix of the Zipp front and Lightweight rear. I like both wheels in their own right, but not sure about them together?

Agree it's a bit mismatched aesthetically on the wheels, I tried the Zipp 9 disc and it did seem a bit more 'slippery' as well. But I dont have a wind tunnel to prove this.....I bought the LW disc as the LBS that sells the Scott also sells LWs. LW fronts have felt quite 'standard' for some time - so I thought I'd try out the Zipps, I laced up a 404 FC with an Extralite hub too. I was more anxious of the front wheel 'aero' effects.

Sweet looking ride sybarite! You always seem to come up with something new and interesting.
I really like the look of those new LW discs, wouldn't mind seeing a picture of it with the 'plane jane' LW front wheel in there as well

For the pic that would definetly be nice, but I say the ZIPP is a keeper.
OTOH, there is an aero LW, which has a heavier rim but less spokes.
If I had to guess I'd say the ZIPP would still be faster in most conditions, but if you don't mind running a small tire at the front that would be a good option for days with lots of hills and gusty wind.

The Zipp would be faster in all conditions, most likely. The LW would look better though.
