Custom Carbon Jockey wheel specs for shimano DA?

I'm looking to make some some custom jockey wheels for a shimano DA derailleur. As I'm traveling right now I can not take any measurements, however I would like to draw them in CAD so that I can cut them on my mill when I get home. Does anyone have the diameter of the 11T wheels? Also can anyone confirm that the mounting bolts are M5 (so that I can pre-order some flanged bearings)?

For those of you who have made your own out of carbon fiber, what thickness of sheet have you cut them from, 2mm?
