Buying a complete group could make sense, but it really depends on what you are looking for. If you really want the red crank and brakes, go ahead, but if that's not the case it's very likely you'll end up buying twice.
The Red FD has a ti cage which is not as stiff as the Force and there're different versions of the chainrings as well. I don't know first hand how good or bad the shifting is and I guess most people would never know, but it's still something to consider.
My impression from the Force brakes is that they have a ton of power, but little modulation, and is more suited for heavier riders, but I don't know if Red is the same and it's just mho anyways. I haven't done the math, but I'd suggest looking into changing just the shifters and RD to Red and brakes to EE, should get you some nice weight savings and leave some money in your pocket for a new crank at some point.
My GF ran the exact same bar/lever combo and while it wasn't urgent, she also mentioned that the distance could be less. Now she runs 6700 shifters and seems to like those better, but she hasn't used them that much yet.
