Thanks boys! Had a pretty good day so far but i think I'm going to be a pretty shit bloke and lay low tonight. As ultrafoco said, some pretty big races coming up and I'm behnd the eightball a bit. Hot date with a 5.2km 12.5% climb tomorrow morning!

5.2km 12.5% climb? Damn. That's just a whole bunch of tasty goodness right there. Just thinking about it makes me salivate . . . and it makes my knees hurt . . .

Yeah I know I'm a bit weird...Dalai, Cethana, out the back of Wilmot/Forth/Ulverstone on the north west coast. Real pain is that you climb to that altitude form sea level, descend 5.2km down to the river and then straight back up the other side. From memory it's about a 140km day.
