Happy belated Pritch. Sound like it was a great weekend. I think the beer washing down the cake might have been the culprit for the heavy legs!
For my next trick I will set myself on fire!

You're more or less the same age as me Dalai, yet you've been a Master for 8 years while I'm still competing against the youngsters. Not sure whether that's a good or bad thing :? :D

There was lots & lots of beer. We ended up at a neighbor's house & they actually had a Great White beer on tap. Every time I had the glass almost empty it was magically refilled. It was a nice walk across the street to get back home.

I'm getting old indeed. My daughter (who is 4) asked me yesterday why some of my hairs were white. Ya, that was nice. :?

Masters M1 30-34 is only a recent thing. And I was racing age groups with Triathlons and Duathlons till this year anyway.

But it still doesn't help in Masters when you have guys racing who still race A grade like at the State titles last weekend...

Happy birthday Pritchet! Trust it was a good 'um! Sorry I'm late, as per.

More disturbing is the fact that yours is the same day as My Fire Breathing Dragon's. Scary!

Scary indeed! I'll have (5) pints of Guinness tonight to feel better about the situation. I hope that you understand.

I understand completely, and trust it didn't upset you too much.
If it's any consolation, you share the day with Jeff Tweedy from Wilco.

Enjoy those Guinness pints and try not to dwell on it to much!
