The size are Small 51-55cm, Medium 56-59cm and Large 59-63cm

I just bought one of Jeff's saddles, an Ergon backpack (actually it's ordered), two sets of Fibre-lyte rings, an ebay Liquigas jersey...and the highlight has to be the US Halloween candy, Velveeta & shells, and Beefaroni I scored at the Al-Khobar Safeway

I have been thinking about a new seat, but how far does one go in upgrading an old bike???

The black Ionos is sweet! In all the pictures I have seen it looks mainly black, but in person the deep bronze detailing is much more noticeable and makes the helmet much more interesting than just plain gloss black would be.

Slisk - I want that Ergon backpack! Where did you order yours from?

Saddle upgrades are always a good thing since you can move them to a new bike. Just don't toss the old saddle. I wouldn't bother replacing too many drivetrain parts though on an old bike. Perhaps saddle, handlebars, & pedals - if you feel the urge for more then get a new frame (or bike) & start from there.

Wheels? Simply amazing...... like if the only women that you have had relations with have been chunky & then you finally get a supermodel to go home with you. Yup, it's kind of like that.
