Discussion on bikes, and whatever...

I had to much other stuff in the last time and did not do anything on the bike :(
Yesterday i ordered new pedals - the new Cirrius titanium. They look really interesting and with 36g for each pedal they will save something about 60g to my Speedplays.
Even the cleats weigh much less :)
Now i just have to wait and wait and wait until they will arrive. I hope the Postman is a fast one :)

Will be interested in your review. Nice weight saving on an already well thought out build!

Thanks :)

Finally i just ordered some pairs of Dugast Strada Silk tires, they will drop the weight of the bike even more. Around 4200g should it be with the new tires and pedals :xBanana5:

That's great news! And those tires should ride great too.

WHOA! Those look so awesome!!!!

I have always like the idea of the S-Works shoes, but the 2 times I have tried them they hurt my feet. Kinda bums me out actually. It's like taking a super gorgeous woman out on a date and finding out that she is a real bitch.

Here is no bitch at my place :D
They fit really nice on my feet. Just have to wait for the new pedals to try these shoes out.

Today i found a nice offer on ax orion brakes. completely new for a nice price. They weigh 93g and would save 40g to my brakes i have right now.
And then i could tune them with carbonsprings and some other ideas i have. would go down with 10-15g maybe.

right now i´m waiting for the guy to answer, hope that i´ll get them :)

If I had the extra cash laying around I would get some Orions again. One of the things that I sold but wish that I could have back again.

Yeah the Brakes will be mine :xBanana5:

With 93g (without Brakeshoes) they are not the lightes AX Brakes but like always i will do my stuff with them. Think i could save around 10-15g without any Problem. So the final Weight will be around 105g for the Brakes with my Corimapads. That is a saving of 43g to my brakes i have right now :)
The only thing is that i kinda like the Brakes i have right now. They give the Bike an Old School design, I had them for years now and they never failed. Will kinda miss them on the Bike i guess :(

My new skewers arrived today.
Have to do some work on them to get them fit on my bike and think that they should weigh 16g in the end and with that save 16g to the skewers i used until now.

My Brakes came today. With short Brakenuts and the Cableadjustment from my old Brakes they have 93g right now + 25g for the Brakeshoes.
Will tune them to get them down at least 15g and even make them matt black.

The Bike has 4318g right now :)
