Hello again
Yes one year later but i still have my Bike - it was just not used so much the last year. Some trainings and some vacations but nothing big.
And then the Winter was here again....
But last week i could go out on the Streets with the Bike for the first time this Year and had a great ride

after a loong loong break of not being in the workshop i started with my rear derailleur
now i´ve got the cageplates and pulleys and some parts around thesse.

cageplates+pulleys+spacers+one pulleybolt weighs in at 8,8g together (every part on that picture without the big part on the top)
will see how the complete derailleur will come out but it will be really light

I had some more Time in the Workshop today.
Made the new Chainguard ready. The Goal was to get the new one lighter, better looking and the fitment a bit better.
The new one weighs 3,4g and saves 7,4g to the old one

the winter is nice but right now i´m just tired about it. got the flu again and just laying around at home

the guard is glued in place with UHU 300 (if it was that you wondered about?)

no there is no Bolt - if i wanna change something i have to brake it loose
but it is really lightweight in this way

- FSA Headset (rebuild - Corparni Aheadcap) = 52g

- Coparni Prototype Stem (-8degree - 100mm) = 64g

- Schmolke TLO Bar (400mm - Ergo - 144g) + Fuchs Brakelevers (70g - "one piece" with the Bar) = 214g

- BTP Shifter (tuned - nylon parts) = 3g

- Velox Tressorex Cotton Bartape (just from the Levers to the stem - sewn in place) = 17g

- Zipp 300 Cranks (stripped from paint - 172,5mm) = 296g

- XX-Light Bottom Bracket (tuned - 108mm) = 118g

- Fiberlyte Chainring (tuned - Style2 - 53-130 - Singel) = 51g

- Zipp Chainring Bolts + Carbonspacer = 9g

- Speedplay Zero Titan Pedals (BTP Butterflys/ Titanscrews) = 141g

- PYC 11 Chain (108 Glieder) = 212g

- Nino Titan Cassette (11-20 10x - tuned with other Nino TItansprockets + Fuchs Carbonsprocket + Carbonspacer - Aluminium Screw) = 93g

- Lightweight Ventoux Frontwheel = 439g

- Lightweight Ventoux Backwheel (tuned with DT190 parts) = 588g

- Fuchs Skewers = 32g

- Vittoria Corsa Evo CS Tires = ca 500g ( did not have them on the Scale as these are just until Dugast Silk comes on the Bike)

- Fuchs Rear Derailleur (mixed with Fuchs-parts and tuned Tiso parts + Extralite Pulleys) = 98g

- Fuchs Brakes (tuned Campa arms - Titan and Aluscrews and nuts - Fuchs Titansprings and aluminium Springhängers - tuned BTP Brakeshoes) = 158g

- Fuchs + I-Link Cabels = 79g

- Fuchs Bottlecages + Alu Screws = 8g (2 times in Summer and on longer Distances)

- Extras (Glue - Rounding - Misstakes) = ca 35g

Complete Weight = 4363g

Made two more parts for the derailleur. It is the "Backplate" and "Frontplate"
They weigh 4g together, the Backplate (the Y-like) will even hold the spring and the wire (in the same way like the THM Brakes hold the Power Cordz wire)
Around 25g will the derailleur be i guess
