Dura Ace Di2 front derailuer

does fairwheel have a tech who knows Dura Ace Di2 front derailuer adjustment? Mine wont shift up or down when under load.

I've ridden bikes with both Dura Ace and Ultegra Di2 set up by Fairwheel personel and both shifted perfect.

The FD adjustment is not that complicated to get right, but not as easy to get perfect.

Depending on what else you're running it might be something else like the chainrings or a crank arm bolt, but if you're running full DA 79X0, that's unlikely.
