Both. We had a trip to the Frankenjura and should have taken trad gear with us, not just 'draws and the past couple of weeks have been bolt-clipping days.

Never got to the Frankenjura...

Spend most of my time in Europe in France - Ceuse, Buoux, Verdon and Fontainebleau. Did make a very brief visit to the UK when I competed in the Birmingham World Cup back in 97. As it was snowing back at Font I went to Sheffield for an international bouldering event straight after and did sneak out to the Plantation boulders a couple of times...

States mostly up the West coast: Yosemite, Smith Rocks, Virgin River Gorge, Rifle, Enchanted Tower and a few times to Hueco Tanks.

Reoccuring severe bouts of Elbow Tendonitis put an end to my climbing career. Riding and racing on the road and track is used to try and fill the void, but I so still miss climbing... :cry:

Bouldering is not my thing so I walk straight through the Plantation LOL We went to Verdon two and a half years ago. Last September we went to Wadi Rum - great place, great people.
