Question to be asked then are going to use these for TT/racing etc? An everyday wheel?
For TT with the 2.68 you could go 18/20 with the Extralite SX/SR hubs radial laced front, 2x DS and radial NDS. The NDS flange has a large offset from the centre of the hub and by 2X the NDS gives it a large dish that looks wrong and not as stiff. ( my experiences anyway).
For everyday use or even just normal road racing go 20/24 with a Tune Mig 70/180 for something light and durable or DT 190/240. The latter will be the most bullet proof option.
Keep in mind that Edge have no weight limit to any of there products. I have a couple of 210 lb guy's using 1.68's and have had no issues since they got them at the start of the year.
Use either DT Aerolite or Sapim CX-Ray ( not going to get into an argument which is better). I would assume you may buy them from FW so Madcow would advise which spoke they want to use.
The 2.68 with Extralite SR/SX hubs should come in around 1170 maybe less. ( i have done a pair of 1.68's w/SX/SR 20/24 - 1060gms.
With Tune 70/80 expect 1280gms.
1310gms for DT 190 Ceramic
1360 for DT 240
Hope all this helps
