How do i remove the Blades from Campy Record Brake Levers for Painting?

Do you just tap out the pin?

Do you mean the shift paddle or the levers themselves? The levers you can get out just by tapping out the pin that holds them, I believe they go out the easiest if you push them to the outside of the levers. It's a fairly easy job, if it's working against you give it a try from the other side.
