Jeff - I say damn the kids you are more important (they are actually at their moms and I only have 10 minutes to post these).

Here are some pictures of the Cervelo tuned post. As mentioned cut to 255mm and currently at 145g. As you can see I had to drill out one of the AX yokes to allow the bolt to enter from the top. Everything alright so far.

I have been watching this thread for sometime. I would really like one of those 8g carbon halfpipes. I am trying to take my SLC as light as possible. Have they been holding up well for the test riders?

I haven't ridden that much in the last month, but I have about 300 miles over rough roads and never taking my weight off the saddle. I have been secretly trying to brake the cradle, but no such luck yet.

you could make it stronger and lighter if you make "bridges" under the rails and less layers on the halvpipe. but if the onces you made, already work fine than is that just perfekt

I have been trying to break mine as well with no luck and I am heavier than Pritchet. I have been riding with the old one in my jersey just in case it does break.

So if 185lbs can not break this a 150lbs rider should be fine like my light weight friend "HAPPY BANANA"

Yeah I try to stay around 150-155lbs, so I should be fine.
