I, from this day, shall measure my trainig load in Voigts.
Riding under threshold will be 0 Voigts.
Riding above threshold in the bunch will be 0 Voigts.
Riding above threshold in a break will be 1 Voigt for every 10 Watts above threshold.
Riding above threshold in a solo break will be 2 Voigts for every 10 Watts above threshold.
Riding above threshold, attacking will be 3 Voigts for every 10 Watts above threshold if you are attacking the bunch or your breakaway, 4 Voigts if you are attacking your team car, 5 Voigts if you are attacking your shadow, and 10 Voigts if you are attacking Jens Voigt or three or more of his children.
Riding under threshold will be 0 Voigts.
