What else do you grow in your garden?

cucumbers, various tomatoes, squash, green beans, strawberries, lettuce, swiss chard, spinach and this year we had blackberries invade - they used to be in the woods but were choked out by invasive species, but popped up in the garden. I'm going to try to transplant them to another spot in the yard because the thorns are going to make it impossible to work in there.

On a side note, there's a spot I stop at on many of my bike rides because the blackberry bushes grow wild on the side of the road and they're huge - it's like getting the gourmet ones except I just pull up on my bike, pick 'em and eat 'em on the spot. Nice cycling snack!

I have never seen wild blackberries in Ontario. Only in British Colombia.

all over, of course, I'm quite far from canada. I grew up about 30 miles N/NW of NYC and had them in my backyard. Now I'm about 80-90 miles north of NYC and they are (still) all over.
