Nice collection of jerseys and even nicer bike. I've been banned from bringing my Storck into work after my boss knocked over my daily ride and damaged it. He's worried about doing the same to a more expensive bike!

A plotter is basically a more accurate version of a printer. Rather than using a print head, these usually use very fine tipped pens and actually draw the lines on the paper rather than printing them. With a printer the paper simply gets pushed through printing along the way. With a plotter, the paper is moved constantly in and out while the pens draw the lines. You mainly find them where companies are using CAD systems for drawing i.e. mechanical/structural engineers, architects, electricians, electronics etc.

I watched a program on the building of that 'bridge in the sky' in France and one thing amused me no end. The engineers originally looked at the architects plans and told him there were easier ways of doing things. The architect told the engineers that he wanted it building exactly as per his plans and they would have to find novel solutions if they had any problems. He didn't offer any technical help though. The engineers came up with some wonderful, brilliant ideas and got the bridge built. Then the architect came along and took all the credit.
