what is this for ? just a small bolt above the bb has anyone seen what goes there it is a axman frame from taiwan let me know thanks :D

Could be the FD mount or the seatpost collar.

No, seriously, a pic would help.

BTW, what's a drive bolt, and how do you know this is not one?
