I'm not so sure I'd even want to try that. You are right, if this was just audio, you couldn't tell what he was doing.
I buy everything that JMT lists on this site.

Didn't realise Allan Davis has such a strong Aussie Strine...

Milk Arrowroot biscuits (half a packet)
Handful Macadamia nuts
2 bars flake chocolate bars
Cup desiccated coconut
2-3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
Raw sugar (doesn’t say quantity - looks like a couple of table spoons)
Condensed Milk (tin)
Splash of various Bundaberg drinks (Ginger beer, Guava)
Bundy rum (capful or two)

Crush contents, mix roll into balls and then roll in desiccated coconut.

Haven't had his version, but have had a few rum balls over the years. Okay if you like - rum, chocolate and coconut... 8-)

We used to get those as snacks when I was in highschool. Think I ate enough of them for the rest of my life as just seeing that makes me nauseous  Looks like Davis ate too many of them over the winter as well, did he stop racing?
