.....and on bikeradar as can be seen in the FWB gallery. Made me wonder, are bikeradar and cyclingnews the same thing? I only ask as both reports are written by James Huang, 'Technical Editor' and seem to be the same?

In my (admittedly) limited experience, there are very few things really new and innovative in cycling, and the project above is one of those things.

I wonder if Shimano has already done this stuff and is waiting for a market able to stomach a DI2 v2.0 price increase, or if they are simply taking notes.
COuple this setup with torque powermeter and a "semi automatic" control and you have the perfect road system. Love it.

Now whos going to work on my idea of variable ride control tyres that get harder or softer at the touch of a button using piezo-electric compounds?
