Just wanted to say whats up to everyone. I'm usually over at mtbr.com but I decided to try this after procrastinating for a bit. Here's a pic of my Fisher X-Cal. Weighing in at 21lbs. Have a good one!

Nice job with the Lefty, Phil!

IIRC the Fox fork that probably was stock on yours had a special offset or something. Did you ride both versions and did you notice a difference in handling?

Is that 1x10?

Thank you! Your correct. It did come with a G2 Fox F29. I think it was a 2 or 3mm difference in the offset. I did not notice it to be honest and I prefer the way it rides with the Lefty.

Yes it is a 1x10. I used a Sram XX cassette, rear derailleur (mid cage), rear shifter, KMC X10SL chain, XTR M970 crank arms, Ethirteen 32T chainring and an Ethirteen BB mount chainguide.

Thank you. I'm going to be changing the stem, bars and seatpost shortly. New Ultimate bars and Extralite seatpost and stem. The problem I'm having is that Extralite doesn't make a stem I can run negative. The logo would be upside down and I think that would look silly.

I'm the same when it comes to leftys, I still think it looks odd even though I know how good they are. The bike looks superb though ad the colouring is stunning. A 32t chainring on its own at the front is the only negative for me, as I'd need a bigger ring for the flats and downhills. Just a personal thing though :wink:
