Sweet ride may you two enjoy your new life together! lol, I have a question I just got my first carbon frame and I noticed that there is no down tube cable ajustment as I too am running campy 11 speed ,does it matter or just have a top wrench to put it together thanks

You could always just use an in-line barrel adjuster or it's just a matter of trial and error to get the cable tension right. You can do that by either pulling harder on the cable or by using the inner limit of the FD to sorta pre load the cable, if you know what I mean. It's a bit time consuming, but has always worked well enough for me.
