Well, this was some time ago here

Since some time ago we have a lot of snow here in Sweden.
I took the hole bike apart and cleaned every part and started to work on the Parts.
For next year, the plan is to just have an normal tlo Bar with homemade Brakelevers with an integrated Shifter.
The old Bar was okej but i was never 100% happy with it on the Roadgeo. Would need an seatangle like 76 or 77 for this bar. Maybe i will have another frame in the future but for now i´ll build this bike more as an Roadbike again.
With this, i although can start in groupraces wich would be fun.

Some of the plas are
- new tlo Bar
- new homemade Brakelevers/Shifter
- rear Derailleurhanger in carbon
- new homemade rear Derailleur in carbon
- new KMC 11sl Chain
- new homade carbon Brakes
- tune more on the Aheadset
- Pedals?
- tune more on the Cassette
- new Lightweight Ventoux Wheels (maybe tuned)
- new homemade Skewers or u20
- tires = dugast or same like this year?

and some tuning on the Parts i allready have.
Before essambling the bike, the weight was down to 4623g.
With all the new stuff, it should be down to 42xxg. I hope to have it all together to 03/2011 but that deepend a bit on the moneyflow.

I´ll do not going to use the old Wheels any more. So if somebody is intressted in them, they are for sale.

like on that pic, it is looking today.
1707g for frame,fork,aheadset,stem,chainkeeper,cranks,bottom braket,seatkombination and clamp....is quite okej

Has anyone or do you know if he is willing to do custom pieces for riders in the USA? I am very interested in getting a similar saddle seatpost combination. What information did you have to supply him to get the set-up correct? Did you send him your saddle mounted to the post as a model to build the one piece set-up? I was also wondering if he would be able to make a 1 piece stem handlebar combination that would rival an AX Lightness stem w/Schmolke or AX handlebars in weight and stiffness....

The problem you will always face is that manufacturers need insurance to sell something to someone in the US. This is very expensive, because you guys have something called punitive damages, which makes a failure very expensive for a manufacturer and Europeans in general are afraid of it.

Therefore it's only worth it if you sell a decent amount of stuff, which, for the products you are looking for, just isn't the case.

he is a really nice guy and would at least give you a god answer.

as norbert is somebody i know from the real live, i just gave him an sadle/post with the right geometrie and he build the combination exactly like i wanted to have it (not just the fitting, even the shape from the sadel, komfort and weight)

well it was a long time...
but actually i have not done any cyclestuff since winter until now. had a lot of other things that taken my time and i did not like to build something the hole year.
but as i go to a bicycle meeting next week i had to get the bike done.

just build the new brakelevers wich are one pice with the bar now.
then i got these ventoux wheels....made some small things too and the bike weighs around 4295g right now.
i haven´t done the new brakes or the rear derailleur but maybe the winter will be boring enough to get on and build some stuff
