Changes:
BB axle is machined of Ti6Al/4V. Its maximum diameter is 20mm. Cups made of Al 2024. Full ceramic bearings 17x30x7.
Cable guide bolt – aluminium.
Casette: 4 not working projections machined off & Ti sprockets drilled to achieve declared 120g weight (5g off).
Crankset: all bolts aluminium, added arms for 3th chainring 30z, and chainring as well. 30z chainring re-drilled to BCD 95mm for weight saving & greater stiffness. Weight shown with alu mounting bolts.
Derailleur Front with alu mounting bolt.
Frame: original Ritchey 125gram seat clamp replaced with handmade about 40g one.
Handlebar: handmade of HM unidirectional carbon fibre. Middle 43mm section has 3.25mm wall, then rest of straight section is tube in tube separated by 2 counterspirals construction. Everything laminated simultaneously.
Pedals: original steel plates lightened inside, and riveted with Al 2017A rivets.
Skewers: cups & nuts made of Al 2024. Front bolt Al 7075 T6, rear Ti6Al/4V. Rear one is thinned, both threaded M5x0.5.
Stem: HM unidirectional carbon fibre. 53.5mm steerer section (greater stiffness & no need of spacers). Front bolts Ti6Al/4V M5x0.5. Rear bolts Ti6Al/4V M4. Front nut section Titanium, rear aluminium. Stem is grooved to catch top cap, and top one of 3 bolts is tightened for it after star is removed.
Front wheel: bearings replaced with hybride ones.
Rear wheel: bearings replaced with set of hybride, and steel axle end (18g) with Ti6Al/4V – 9g.

hello and welcome! nice bike and great with your homemade parts. especially the handlebar is odd. why do you use this angle for the stem? you could have one with just -5 degres and don´t have to make it this big in the "spacerway" schould be much more stiffer, lighter and easyer to make

1. I preffer horizontal stem aesthetic.
2. It's still stiffer, than previous, normal ITM "The Stem"/spacers combination, because 1 part sleeve.
3. It gives me chance to keep longer steerer tube in case I'd like to use other stem/position.
4. Decreases torque needed to securely combine it with carbon fork, and is less stressful for steerer tube.
5. Doing it your way, I could save up to 5-6g only, considering both - stem & fork. Could be worthy, aiming around 4 kilos bike

Cool stuff you are doing!

I agree with the thinking that your design offers a more gentle pressure on the fork steerer, and the idea that no spacers are needed is cool. But personally I think a horizontal stem looks a bit strange on a bike with sloping top tube. In my mind it's only allowable on a traditonal designed frame. A stem with the same rise as the top tube would be ideal, aesthetically. (And you would save a few grams + the whole assembly would be a bit stiffer)

This year changes to my Scott:
1. Casette from KCNC for Recon.
KCNC Ti/Alu 7075/Scandium was very tight for chain. Recon gives much more play with it's thiner cogs. It has also different ramps.
Altogether is more similar to original Campy casette, and it works similarly as well.
KCNC lasted 5040km under not very strong rider. Most of it done in the mountains. I'm doing 7km climb with 400m denivelation in around 30min.
Casette was still not skipping, even on the long, around 13% steep sections, but already lost it's anodising.
After almost 4000km Recon has bit crumpled teeth, but still working well. It's ceramic coating seems indeed to be much better, than hard anodising,
as still looks like it was new - mirror surface.
Declared Recon's ( for Campy 11-23 ) weight is 112g. Real weight is 96g!!! After shaving not working 4 notches - 93g.
2. Nokon cables changed for Alligator/Alligator mini + Power Cordz.
PC 1.2mm are barely OK to go into Mini Links, so I blamed them first for problems with adjusting rear der. But finally I've found, no matter if
you use them, or original 1.1mm Alligators. Mini Links are caused by constant compression, and rear der. needs frequent adjustment. Especially
with my style of riding. I always try to save my energy, as I'm riding long distances, what results in frequent changing gears.
3. SLR saddle changed for my 75gram padded one. I expected, it will be barely acceptable to ride long routes, but I hoped Assos will do good work.
Surprisingly this saddle is much more comfy than SLR, and even Ferrari Novus for me.
4. Mavic Ksyrium SSC SL 2005 further tuned ( after hybrid cearmic bearings, and titanium axle ending ).
Except weight loss, wheels are stiffer, thanks for CF is no stretchable material, like original aluminium. In two weeks I've beat 3 times my uphill TT
time, although I'm 50 years old, and since several years I was able to do barely good results, comparing to my previous times.
I also milled sides of the front whell, as 2005 Ksyriums are both 430 grams 25mm rims. Eventually rear wheel is 780g, front is 616g.
5. I've also found my favourites Continental 20-622 GP 4000 tires. They are 5 grams lighter, than previous ones of the same model I've had.
