So LJ, I see you found your new frame

Here's something nice I got the other day, one of the items I'll use for sure, the other one may just end up somewhere in the house looking good depending on how things go :D

.....so.... this image is dedicated to you madcow!

(mate, the more times you give me up, the worse it will get  )

Thanks for the dedication. I see you captured my soft side perfectly. While I was going to do a typical dedication to you of men in speedos, I thought, I'd go a different direction this time. Since you mentioned gayety, I thought, "why not drag others into this as well"

And since I know I have to post a picture to reply in this thread this is something that I took while riding my bike. I'm not saying who the other two riders are we'll see who can guess.

Of course then I realized that even though I was riding my bike and turned around backwards, while standing up and taking a picture, I accidentally got this picture all in focus.

So some quick photoshop to make it blurry, ooops, I mean artsy, and here it is again.

Here is one I got at the tour of california prologue last year, I am going this year but can't find a way to get press passes. Last time I had to sit up in a tree to get over the swarms of people.

P.S. Sorry it isn't an LJ f/1.4! I am saving to get the nikon 50mm f/1.4 though.

I like this one - from the Copenhagen track "6 day race". I haven't edited or anything, the effect is only due to my poor photographic skills.

I love carbon bits, and I can not lie! You other brothers can't deny, when a bike comes in with alot of carbon bits and some cool wheels in your face, you get sprung!

No special effects. A picture of my new frames downtube with a nice winter sunshine will do as my contribution :)

Some great additions to this thread chaps. Thanks for entering into the spirit of this and you've all shown remarkable creativity and thought, with the exception of madcow of course (blurry my a$$!!!). Keep it up :top:

A special portrait of my buddy in Tucson. Looking forward to our next Burrito! A friend for life....

We will do our best, Bokeh Boy!

Had to get my mind off of wacky velodrome white balances and try something different for today (145mm, f/2.8, 1/250th sec, ISO200, manual focus and didn't use the camera's light meter. Bounced the flash off of white curtains behind to the left, and used my desk lamp as opposite fill):

Old pair of Edco Olympics I found in the bargain bin at the LBS. Black 28H DT RR1.1's and black spokes?
