UK-based Exposure Lights designs some of the most compact, powerful, and lightweight lighting systems on the planet. Exposure, using the latest LED technology, has a reputation for constantly refining existing designs and increasing light intensity while staying competitive in price.
Exposure's third generation Diablo unit, an extremely powerful helmet-mounted light, features their signature glossy black anodized CNC machined, waterproof casing. The Diablo's cable-free design allows for freedom of movement usually inhibited by other manufacturers' bulky external battery designs. Three powerful LEDs, enahanced with Exposure's collimated lens technology, allow for a power output of nearly a thousand lumens!
Exposure lights function on a simple single button system. A double click activates the light, and single clicks afterward cycle through high, medium, and low settings. Holding the button for one second cycles into high visibility flashing mode, and a two second hold turns the unit off. Additionally, the LED-backed button functions as a fuel gauge, with constant feedback on remaining battery life.
The Diablo features Exposure's "Smart Port" technology, which utilizes a single gold-plated port for charging and accessory use. Available accessories include:
The Diablo's lightweight helmet mount is designed to fit though the vents of a helmet, secured by brackets on the interior and exterior of the shell. Two different length nylon M6 bolts are included to maximize helmet model compatibility. A 5 mm hex wrench is required to tighten the nylon bolt. To fasten the Diablo to a handlebar, a QR Handlebar Mount and Adapter Clip are required.
For trail riding at night, we highly recommend using both helmet- and handlebar-mounted lights. Exposure's Diablo and Toro lights are designed with the same light output and beam pattern, and work well when paired together.
