About Enve Composites
In late 2010, Edge Composites announced that they would be changing their company name to Enve Composites. This change was initiated to avoid trademark infringement issues in Europe. Internally, Enve remains the same cutting-edge composites manufacturer with no changes in ownership, management, or staff. Expect great things from Enve in the coming years as they move into a new, state-of-the-art production facility and begin a rollout of new products based on collaboration with the world's top aerodyamics specialists.

Detail
Enve describes their Riser bar as their all-round mountain handlebar. And they do so for two reasons: it's reasonably light, within a few grams of the lightest Easton and Bontrager cross country bars, and quite strong. Compared to other lightweight handlebars, the Enve Riser's wall thickness measures .2-.3 mm thicker. It's a visually perceivable difference that should give larger, aggressive riders confidence in the strength of the bar. The bar measures a full 700 mm in width and is marked on the ends for convenient and accurate trimming.
