Compared to other carbon handlebars, ENVE Composite's mountain bars may seem slightly overbuilt, and they are indeed overbuilt. The resulting products, while only a few grams heavier than the competition, are also strong, stiff, and incredibly robust. In typical ENVE Fashion, the finish work is top-notch with bold, striking white and gray graphics over bare unidirectional carbon. An ENVE handlebar is, in our opinion, one of the best high end mountain handlebar options for all sizes of riders in most off road disciplines.

The Mountain Sweep handlebar is provided in a lengthy 700 mm, with decal cutting guides in 1 cm increments on either end for accurate and simple customization. The ends of this flat bar are swept back 9 degrees for a more comfortable and ergonomically superior ride.

Installation

The Sweep bars are available solely in 31.8 mm stem clamp diameter. The center stem clamp section features a rough bead-impregnated coating, which reduces bolt torque requirements and ensures the bars won't slip even in the most extreme situations.

As with all carbon components, we strongly recommend use of a torque wrench when installing these handlebars. ENVE's maximum recommended stem bolt torque is 5.5 Nm. These bars are compatible with bar ends.
