Yes, we know about the turn of events that have been revealed in the last week. I&#039;m sorry that Phil made the decisions that he did.  Good people can make bad decisions for the wrong reasons.  Although the times he rode away from me during races and training rides would be easier to bear if I was sure it was natural I can&#039;t resent him and I refuse to be bitter.  Phil is banned for life and will have to move forward now. I&#039;m going to let him do that.]]></description>
