Beljum Budder

Beljum Budder is a premium quality, paraben-free skin lubricant designed for cyclists, runners, hikers, or any activity in which friction and chafing occur. It's formulated to work with synthetic, and natural chamois. The non-greasy formula washes out easily, and is to be applied before a ride on a dry chamois. As with all chamois cremes, it is recommended that you shower and change as soon as possible after riding to prevent bacterial growth.
